The chicken essence production line adopts the integrated crushing, mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening, and flavoring sections. The function is established and organically combined. It can be operated in a unified way to complete the processing process flow line operation.
1. Perfume adopts integrated grinding production line. Mixing, granulation, drying, cooling, screening. In the part of seasoning, these two characteristics are different, but they can form an application under the condition of harmonious practical operation. And streamline machining process can be completed.
2. The key part of the chicken essence production line is the dryness system software. According to the section heating design scheme, high pressure centrifugal fan and low exhaust volume centrifugal fan are used in the pre-drying section, so that a large amount of water in chicken essence can be completely collected and granulated. The dry part uses low voltage and high wind turbines, which can obtain a large amount of water per unit time. It is dry and symmetrical. The refrigeration section adopts a large-space blower motor, which can quickly remove heat and reduce commodity temperature.
3. The dry material circulation includes blower motor, electric heater and stainless steel gas pipeline to prevent unclean environmental pollution.
4. The server adopts the quick-opening structure instead of the traditional screw connection structure, which greatly facilitates the cleaning of the system software.
5. The conveyor belt adopts an integral structure, and the front end adopts a semicircular hole. The raw materials can be moved forward without leakage. The rear end is developed with straight holes, with higher heat conduction and more sufficient heat exchanger.
6. The lower side of the dryer equipment is supported by stainless steel seamless steel pipe, the bed structure is more firm and the service life is longer.
7. Stainless steel electric welding shall be adopted for all internal parts of the equipment to prevent dirty waste water from entering the insulation layer. In order to improve the product quality, there is also a cleaning hole for cleaning the machine.
