Working principle
Fluidized bed dryer is a kind of dryer in which materials enter from the feed inlet. Under the action of vibration force, materials are thrown along the horizontal fluidized bed and move forward continuously. The hot air passes up through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet materials. After the wet air is removed by the cyclone separator, it is discharged by the exhaust air 1:3. The dry materials are discharged from the discharge inlet. It is applicable to the drying and cooling of powder and granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, dehydrated vegetables, grain, mineral and other industries.
Scope of application
Fluidized bed dryer is suitable for drying, cooling and humidification of various granular material crystals and powder mixture.
1、Pharmaceutical and chemical industry: all kinds of tablets, boric acid, borax, various additives of dihydroxybenzene, etc.
2、Food and building materials industry: distiller's grains, monosodium glutamate, granulated sugar, salt, granulated chicken essence, slag, bean seeds, etc.

Workflow
The material enters the machine from the feed inlet. Under the action of the vibration force, the material is thrown along the horizontal direction and moves forward continuously. After the hot air passes through the fluidized bed and exchanges heat with the wet material, the wet air is discharged by the exhaust air after the dust is removed by the cyclone separator (or pulse bag dust collector), and the dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet, and then collected and packaged.
