Air-flow drying, also known as instant drying, has been applied in pharmaceutical and chemical industry in China since the 1960s. At the beginning of its establishment, our factory has selected excellent technologies at home and abroad to provide complete sets of equipment with high quality and low price for food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other industries. Over the years, after continuous improvement, it has developed into the following four series: Q series basic type: QG series fan and distributor type; FG series tail gas circulation type; JG series reinforced.
Characteristic：
1.Large drying intensity and low investment in equipment: the processing capacity of air flow drying equipment is large, and the capacity of water powder evaporation is from 50KG/H-1500KG/H, while the equipment volume is small and the investment is low, which is incomparable with other drying equipment.
2.High degree of automation and good product quality: air drying materials are all carried out in the pipeline, and the drying time is very short (only 0.5-2 seconds). Therefore, automation can be realized. The product does not contact with the outside world, with little pollution and high quality.
3.Complete equipment supply and free choice of heat source: the basic type is composed of air filter, heater, drying pipe, fan and cyclone separator. Users can add dust collectors or other auxiliary equipment as required.
In the selection of heating mode, the airflow drying equipment has great adaptability. Users can select steam, electric and hot air furnaces for heating according to the conditions of the region, and can also rotate according to the material heat resistance temperature (or hot air temperature): when ≤ 150 ℃, steam heating can be selected; ≤ At 200 ℃, electric heating (or steam heating, electric compensation or heat transfer oil heating); ≤ At 300 ℃, coal-fired hot blast furnace; ≤ At 600 ℃, oil-fired hot blast furnace.
