The liquid material passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer on the top of the tower body and (rotates) the spray becomes a very fine mist like liquid bead, which flows in parallel with the hot air and is dried into finished products in a very short time, The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the fan.
1.The drying speed is fast. After atomization, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased. In the hot air stream, 95-98% of the water can be evaporated instantly. The drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.

The liquid with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials) can be dried into powder products at one time, without crushing and screening after drying, reducing production processes and improving product purity. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is very convenient for control and management.
