There are many kinds of traditional Chinese medicine, and the extracted components are complex. The drying characteristics of the extracted concentrate are very different. The general centrifugal spray dryer is difficult to meet the production requirements of modern traditional Chinese medicine. Therefore, our company designed a special spray dryer for the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts, and formulated an industry standard in 2009.
Operating principle of equipment:
The high-speed centrifugal spray device for Chinese herbal extracts is the application of centrifugal spray drying technology in the drying of specific materials. It is also a drying device that uses high-speed centrifugal atomizers to disperse materials into mist, fully contact with hot air, complete instant drying, and form powder finished products.
The special spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts is a spray dryer for traditional Chinese medicine extracts and plant extracts, which solves the following problems in the drying of traditional Chinese medicine extracts in the original LPG high-speed spray dryer:
1、The material sticks to the wall and the powder collection rate is low;
2、The material stays on the wall for a long time, resulting in coking deterioration of the material;
3、It is difficult to clean and does not meet GMP requirements;
4、Low output: LPG - 150 spray dryer can only handle 50-60kg/h liquid.
In view of the above situation, our factory has designed a drying machine for Chinese herbal extracts according to the material properties and process requirements of Chinese herbal extracts. The dried materials have good color and do not deteriorate, greatly improving the economic benefits of the factory. Compared with LPG high-speed centrifugal spray dryer, Chinese herbal extracts have the following characteristics:
1、Three-stage air purification is adopted to make the inlet air reach 300000 level;
2、The cold wall device is adopted to make the inner wall temperature reach 80 ℃, and the material stays on the wall without coking;
3、The whole volume is 3.5 times of the original LPG standard centrifugal spray.
4、The quick-opening flushing device is adopted, which is applicable to the production requirements of multiple varieties.
5、Wet dedusting is adopted to prevent dust from going out and meet the environmental protection requirements.
6、The effect is more satisfactory when the air sweeping device is used;
7、Two atomizers are provided, and frequency conversion speed regulation is adopted;
8、PLC control and program control system screen display are adopted;
9、It can be equipped with flushing device;
10、It can be equipped with dry air sealed closed transmission;
Characteristic:
1、The tower body is provided with a cold air jacket;
2、The tower body is equipped with an automatic rapping device;
3、The tower body and pipeline are equipped with quick-opening cleaning holes and blowdown holes;
4、It can be equipped with automatic control constant temperature feeding tank;
5、It can be equipped with manual high-pressure washing tower accessories;
6、The part in contact with the material is made of stainless steel; (or made of all stainless steel)
7、Two-pole cyclone dust collector, or primary cyclone dust collector and wet dust collector are used for material collection;
8、Automatic control and continuous device for inlet air temperature.
9、It can be equipped with a scavenging device.
