In view of the relevant characteristics of battery (electromagnetic) materials (lithium iron phosphate, ternary materials, etc.), our company has developed two drying series equipment of SZG double-cone rotary dynamic vacuum drying unit, FZG square vacuum static drying unit and efficient recovery device for volume recovery. After practical application by many customers, sufficient use data prove that the equipment can fully meet the drying requirements of the product, with stable quality, Moreover, it has excellent performance in solvent recovery and high recovery efficiency.
The system includes heating system, hot medium circulation system, drying system, dust filtration system, solvent recovery system and vacuum system.
Working principle：
The raw materials are pumped to the drying tank of the drying machine, and the heating medium is pumped to the heating interlayer of the drying machine through the pipeline pump. The raw materials are heated by the heat obtained from the drying machine wall, and the moisture is gradually taken away under the action of the vacuum system to achieve the drying purpose; In the drying stage of raw materials, in order to prevent some powder from being pumped out by the vacuum pump, a special bag filter is designed for collection; The organic solvent contained in the raw material is condensed in the second stage through a special condenser, so that the overall recovery rate reaches more than 95%.
Advantages：
The drying process is carried out under negative pressure, so even if it contains organic solvent medium, the process is still very safe and the drying speed is fast. The drying time of each batch of products is about 4 hours; The drying process is carried out under reduced pressure, and the set drying temperature is relatively low, and the vacuum pump is always working continuously, so the product quality is stable; The system is designed with a special bag filter, so there is no dust flying; Large-area cooling of secondary condensing unit, high solvent recovery rate; The heating device can be heated by hot water, steam and heat transfer oil; The special bag filter is easy to disassemble and wash; The whole unit has few transmission parts and does not work under strong load, so the service life of the unit is long.
