Application overview
Fluidized bed coating machine is a new type of particle coating equipment that organically combines fluidization coating technology and spray technology. It is widely used for film slow and controlled release, skeleton slow and controlled release capsules, pill coating, particle and powder coating.
Equipment features
The bottom spray fluidization, the material has a certain regular running track, so that uniform and continuous coating film can be obtained.
Powder, particle, pill masking, moisture-proof, anti-oxidation, waterproof, heat-proof, coloring and isolation coating.
No coating material loss and low production cost.
The route of fog particles to materials is short, so there is no danger of "spray drying".
The cylindrical acceleration container or inverted cone deceleration design can be used to coat particles, large particles, small particles and pellets.
The material has excellent dispersion and no adhesion.
