Features of airflow dryer:
1.Large drying intensity and low investment in equipment: the processing capacity of airflow drying equipment is large, and the evaporation capacity is from 50kg/h-1500kg/h, while the equipment volume is small and the investment is low, which is incomparable with other drying equipment.
2.High degree of automation and good product quality: air drying materials are all carried out in the pipeline, and the drying time is very short (only 0.5-2 seconds). Therefore, automation can be realized. The product does not contact with the outside world, with little pollution and good quality.
3.Complete equipment supply and free choice of heat source: the basic type is composed of air filter, heater, feeder, drying pipe, fan and cyclone separator. Users can add dust collectors or other auxiliary equipment as required.
In the selection of heating mode, the airflow drying equipment has great adaptability. Users can select steam, electric and hot air furnaces for heating according to the conditions of the region. At the same time, they can choose according to the material heat resistance temperature (or hot air temperature): when ≤ 150 ℃, steam heating can be selected; ≤ At 200 ℃, electric heating (or steam heating, electric compensation or heat transfer oil heating); ≤ At 300 ℃, coal-fired hot blast furnace; ≤ At 600 ℃, oil-fired hot blast furnace.
