LPG series high-speed centrifugal spray dryer is a process widely used in liquid process forming and drying industry. It is suitable for generating powdery and granular solid products from solutions, lotion, suspensions and pumpable paste liquid raw materials. Therefore, spray drying is a very ideal process when the particle size distribution, residual moisture content, bulk density and particle shape of the finished product must meet clear standards.
Working principle
After being filtered and heated, the air enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer, and the hot air enters the drying chamber in a spiral shape evenly. The feed liquid passes through the high-speed centrifugal atomizer at the top of the tower body, and the (rotating) spray becomes a very fine mist like liquid bead, which flows in parallel with the hot air, and is dried into a finished product in a very short time. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the drying tower and the cyclone separator, and the waste gas is discharged by the fan.
Characteristic
1.The drying speed is fast. After atomization, the surface area of the material liquid is greatly increased. In the hot air stream, 95-98% water can be evaporated instantaneously, and the drying time is only a few seconds. It is especially suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials.
2.The product has good uniformity, fluidity and solubility, high purity and good quality.
3.The production process is simplified and the operation and control are convenient. The liquid with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials) can be dried into powder products at one time. After drying, crushing and screening are not allowed, so as to reduce production processes and improve product purity. The particle size, bulk density and moisture of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which is very convenient for control and management.
