Device description：
This machine is a drying device that uses high-speed centrifugal atomizer to disperse materials into mist, fully contact with hot air to complete instant drying, and form powdery finished products. The air first passes through the primary and medium efficiency filters, and then enters the air distributor at the top of the dryer after being heated by the heater. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape, and can be dried into a finished product in a very short time when it is in parallel contact with the hot air. The finished product is continuously output from the bottom of the high-efficiency cyclone separator, and the exhaust gas is discharged by the induced draft fan.

(5)The tower body and pipeline are equipped with quick-opening cleaning holes and blow-down holes to facilitate cleaning and comply with GMP operation specifications.
(6)This equipment is equipped with air hammer rapping device.
(7)The equipment adopts two-stage cyclone collection to make the discharged gas meet the requirements of process production.
(8)The wet dust collector of the equipment processes the tail gas to make the discharged gas meet the relevant national environmental protection requirements.
