According to the material characteristics of sodium persulfate and on the basis of digesting and absorbing better equipment and technology from abroad, the XF series horizontal boiling dryer independently developed by our company has been successfully applied in the drying of sodium persulfate.
Device description：
The horizontal fluidized bed dryer and cooler is composed of the feeding system, the inlet air filtration system, the heating system, the cooling system, the host machine, the built-in rapping dust removal system, the discharge system, the control system, etc. During operation, wet materials are fed into the fluidized bed dryer by the hopper through the gate valve. The materials meet with the hot air in the drying chamber to form a fluidized state, conduct heat and mass transfer, and complete drying. A small amount of fine material powder is entrained by the air, and is collected and recycled by the built-in vibrating dust removal bag. After drying, the hot material will automatically enter the horizontal fluidized bed cooler through the transition device between the dryer and the cooler. The material will meet with the cold air in the cooling chamber to form a fluidized state, conduct energy exchange, and complete cooling. A small amount of fine material powder will be entrained by the wind, and will be collected and recycled by the built-in vibrating dust removal bag. The finished material that has been dried and cooled will be discharged through the discharge rotary valve (fan off).
